These are some of the key points that will be monitored on your computer. We actually will be monitoring over 200 items on your computer 24/7/365 days a year.

Problem Point	Significance
Bad Block Detected on Disk	This is a key indicator of a hard drive problem.
CPU usage	Viruses and Spyware can cause a spike in CPU usage.
Drive C Free space	When your hard drive is nearing capacity, your computer will slow down and becomes more prone to problems
IP Address Conflict	Multiple computers on the same network can sometimes conflict with each other, which can cause loss of your Internet connection.
Memory Available	High memory usage and lack of free memory can indicate a spy or virus problem or possibly a need for an upgrade in memory capacity.
Login Denied on Computer	Hackers or someone attempting to log in to your computer who shouldn’t be.
Paging File % Used	This is a critical section of your hard drive that greatly affects the performance of your computer.
Unexpected Shutdown	You certainly don’t want your computer shutting down on its own!
Unable to Renew IP Address	Another indicator of a network or Internet connection problem.
File System Check on Startup	This is another strong indicator of imminent hard disk failure.
Network Adaptor unplugged	Another network or Internet connectivity issue. Or maybe the plug just fell out!
NTFS File System Corrupt	Another indicator of pending hard drive failure or severe Windows issue.
Service terminates unexpectedly	Window has many services that run to make your computer operate properly. If one shuts down when it shouldn’t, it indicates a problem.
Software Installations	Spyware and Viruses are major culprits of installing themselves without your knowledge. This can help identify that process.

Chipset Driver error	The chipset is the link between your computer’s hardware and Windows.

Proper function of Power Management	This affects stand-by mode, hibernation, and other power management features.
