Problem Point Significance
Bad Block Detected on Disk This is a key indicator of a hard drive problem.
CPU usage Viruses and Spyware can cause a spike in CPU usage.
Drive C Free space When your hard drive is nearing capacity, your computer will slow down and becomes more prone to problems
IP Address Conflict Multiple computers on the same network can sometimes conflict with each other, which can cause loss of your Internet connection.
Memory Available High memory usage and lack of free memory can indicate a spy or virus problem or possibly a need for an upgrade in memory capacity.
Login Denied on Computer Hackers or someone attempting to log in to your computer who shouldn’t be.
Paging File % Used This is a critical section of your hard drive that greatly affects the performance of your computer.

Service terminates unexpectedly Window has many services that run to make your computer operate properly. If one shuts down when it shouldn’t, it indicates a problem.
Software Installations Spyware and Viruses are major culprits of installing themselves without your knowledge. This can help identify that process.
